Subjects covered include funding sources, primary and secondary markets, analysis of mortgage risks, FHA, VA, application – underwriting-closing process, influences of government agencies and regulations, and other current real estate finance topics. The student will develop a broad base upon which to develop an understanding of the current real estate market and how it affects all aspects of the economy and our lives.
